New imaging techniques can be used in detecting occludable angles susceptible to angle closure glaucoma: pentacam and anterior segment ocular coherence tomography (AS-OCT). To properly assess the anterior segment changes in eyes with occludable angles after phacoemulsification and IOL  implantation quantitive parameters of both devices can be used and compared
