<br/><br/> Objectives : To evaluate the role of office hysteroscopy in diagnosing the abnormalities of the uterine cavity among females having secondary infertility . Results : 30% of secondary infertility females having intrauterine abnormalities . 40% of secondary infertility females underwent D & C having intrauterine adhesions. Conclusion : Routine office hysteroscopy should be apart of secondary infertility work up
