In the present study, the antimicrobial efficiency of three ethanolic extracts of propolis (EEPs) was evaluated against seven foodborne pathogens, three gram negative bacteria (Salmonella typhimurm, Escherichia coli and E.coli 0157:H7) and three gram positive bacteria ( Listeria monocytogenes, Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus cereus) and yeast strain (Candida albicans).
