N2  - Objective : To evaluate the effect of intratympanic injection of dexamethasone in cases idiopathic sudden sensorineural hearing loss where systemic steroids contraindicated . Results : 5 patients showed marked improvement , 3 had partial and 3 did not improve. This improvement was significantly associated in males than females, left ear than right ear and in those complained of vertigo and tinnitus at onset of HL before injection
