<br/><br/> Aim of work : This study aimed to detect the morphological patterns of gastric neuroendocrine lesions (GNELs) and their relation to various types of chronic gastritis . It also aimed to study the role of immunohistochemical in detection of GNELs in chronic gastritis . Results : The results showed that chromogranin A and micrometer measurement have a crucial rule for better detection of preneoplastic NE lesions with identification of their patterns and diagnosis of NE neoplasms together with their staging
