<br/><br/> The purpose of this prospective study was to compare the preoperative and intraoperative diagnosis of vocal fold lesions using microlaryngoscopy for adequacy of diagnosis in terms of adequate mapping of the lesion and for clinico-pathological correlation.The diagnosis was made in 25 patients with vocal fold lesions for which a flexible laryngoscopy was carried out
