<br/><br/> The research adopts predicting the parking demand volume of the mixed - use malls . The approach followed is disaggreating the total demand of the facility to demand of the activity types contained in the facility . Then by using the shared parking concept the total demand of the facility is calculated out of the demand of the activity types . The research studies the sensitivity of the parking demand volume to applying parking charge at the free parking malls
