N2  - In this study 100 samples (50 cow's milk & 50 fecal swabs) were examined for the presence of E. coli by using conventional method and PCR. E. coli could be isolated from cow's milk and facal swabs in a percentage of 18% and 42% respectively. E.coli isolates were tested for susceptibility to eleven antibiotics ampicillin
