<br/><br/> To evaluate the use of temporalls muscle flap in conjunction with free autogenous iliac bone graft in maxillary reconstruction. The study included six patients, five patients had maxillary tumors. The sixth case was suffering from mucormycosis infection. Treatment plane included three phases; resection, reconstruction (iliac and temporal donor sites) and follow-up phases clinically and by digital subtraction angiography DSA
