<br/><br/> This study was conducted to evaluate the effect of adding low level laser therapy to intra-articular hyaluronate therapy in treatment of knee osteoarthritis in geriatrics. Forty patients (26 women and 14 men) age ranging from (65-75) years were assigned randomly into two equal groups. The study group consists of (5 men and 15 women) who received hyaluronate once weekly for knee intra-articular for three successive weeks
