<br/><br/> The adverse biochemical effects of acrylamide toxicity and the beneficial impacts of both turmeric (Curcuma Longa), and artichoke (Cynara Scolymus L) as anti-oxidant against acrylamide toxicity in rats were studied. One hundred and sixty adult male albino rats were used 40 rats were used for LD50 determination and the remaining 120 rats were divided into eight equal groups
