<br/><br/> The main objective of the present study was improvement the active components accumulation in some echinacea purpurea varieties . Shoot tip explant of the three echinacea purpurea varicties (Rubinstern , Double decker and baby swan white) were cultured on MS - medium supplemented with BA (0.5 mg/1) singly and BA with different concentrations of NAA for initiation and multiple shoots production
