<br/><br/> Purpose : This study was designed to evaluate the effect of pulsed electromagnetic field (PEMF) as a supplementary treatment mdality in addition to the utilization of the repositioning splint in management of temporomandibular joint internal derangement. Conclusion: Although patients benefitted from both techniques, anterior repositioning splint with PEMF application seemed to be superior to anterior repositioning splint alone in decrease pain management period
