<br/><br/> Background: The daytime fasting fasting during the lunar month of Ramadan is observed annually by milions of adult Muslims all over the world. Objective: So we aimed in our study to assess the effect of fasting on fluctuation of blood pressure in primary hypertensive patients. Methodology: We selected thirty well-controlled hypertensive subjects (9 women and 21 men) aged 33 to 69 years on regular once twice-daily anti-hypertensive medication who had contrlled blood pressure<140/90mmHg
