After axillary lymphadenectomy in conservative breast surgery for early breast cancer, Axillary seroma formation is a constant postoperative event requiring aspiration despite using a suction drainage. These suction drains have failed to prevent seroma formation and cause discomfort and morbidity to patients. Axillary padding without drainage appears to be a valuable option resolving the complications of suction draibs ER -
