N2  - The present study has been designed as a preliminary investigation to assess the level of salivary immunoglobulin A (slgA) in response to three different complete denture base materials; heat cure acrylic resin, thermoplastic acrylic resin (Thermopress) and cobalt chromium alloy (Co-Cr) (Vitallium) with heat cure acrylic resin flanges.
