<br/><br/> This thesis concentrates on making a model that can be used as a platform for failure simulation. It makes a model for a ball - screw drive system that will serve as a platform for simulating various types of failures that can appear within the rolling elements of the drive system such as ball screw bearings, guids ways and nut. Moreover a model for X - axis of the milling machine was built and compared with reality to be verified
