In a study to estimate the incidence of Norovirus in food, Irrigation water, water from fishery farms in Egypt,12 shellfish samples, 21 fish samples, 21 water samples and 16 raw leafy vegetable samples were analyzed using three different primer sets during summer and winter seasons after RNA extraction using Reverse Transcriptase Polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). Result illustrated that; the virus could not be detected in summer season in all tested samples
