<br/><br/> Aim: The aim of the study is to evaluate and compare the surface topography, diffusibility and pH changes after irrigation with 8% Salvizol-EDTA, 17% EDTA and 20% citric acid on instrumented and un-instrumented root canal dentin wall . Results: instrumented samples showed satistically significant higher cleanliness scores, more diffusibility, and PH changes than un- instrumented samples
