Objective: The aim of this investigation is to evaluate the fracture resistance and final translucency of different all ceramic implant-supported abutment-crown combinations. Result: The cement retained groups restored with monolithic glass ceramic crowns (feldspathic and lithium disilicate crowns) were the most translucent, while the cement retained group restored with zirconia crowns and the screw retained directly veneered group were the least translucent. The results demonstrated a statistically insignificant effect of the abutment design; and the type of superstructure on the fracture resistance of the abutment crown combinations
