Purpose: To compare between the effect of positional release technique and post isometric relaxation technique in treatment of patients with cervical spondylosis. Results: Patients of both groups showed significant improvement in pain and functional disability. Flexion ROM was improved significantly in group (A) and extension was improved significantly in group (B). Between groups there was no statistical significant difference in all measured variables.
