This study was conducted on 1000 patients with type II Diabetes Mellitus. The aim of this study was to detect the prevalence of diabetic foot complications in Egyptian people (Beni Sueif governorate) aged from 20 to 80 years with type II Diabetes Mellitus. Extremes of age, type I diabetics and traumatic diabetic foot complications were excluded. All patients were subjected to thorough detailed history of diabetes, fundus examination, laboratory tests including HbA1c to assess their diabetic control status, detailed neurological assessment of all patients' feet including monofilament test and assessment of vibration sense, vascular assessment of patients' feet including measurement of ankle brachial indices, assessment of patients feet infection and risk categorization of all patients into four groups regarding their risk to develop diabetic foot disorders
