<br/><br/> Mode of delivery is the method by which the baby is delivered it is either spontaneous vaginal delivery, instrumental delivery or by cesarean section.  Choosing the safest method of delivery, preventing complications and improving the outcome for the mother and the fetus is an obstetric challenge. In this study we aim to investigate the mode of delivery in Assiut governorate in different hospitals from beginning of May 2012 till the end of February 2013. This is attended by observation of the mother during labor or observation of the data sheet
