The FD-OCT offers comprehensive glaucoma evaluation by providing assessment of RNFL thickness, optic disc morphology, and ganglion cell complex. In this study Peripapillary RNFL thickness and macular GCC thickness had similar diagnostic values for early to moderate glaucoma detection. The results are consistent with other studies.
