<br/><br/> The contribution of renal biopsy is of major importance in many renal diseases in children. In our study we aimed to evaluate retrospectively the indications and the spectrum of histopathological findings of percutaneous ultrasound - guided renal (PRB) biopsy during a 10 year period as well as to analyze specific groups of renal patients. Patients and Methods: All cases of percutaneous renal biopsies (PRB) performed between 2002 and 2012 aged between 2 months and 18 years with available enough data in the filing system were studied. Demographic data, indications for renal biopsy, and histological diagnosis were obtained from their files
