The sinai peninsula is a triangular wedge which lies between latitudes 27o44 and 31o20 North and longitudes 32o18 and 34o54 East, and occupies an area of almost 61,000 km2. It's forming a bridge between Asia and Africa. The gravity and magnetic methods were used to explain the structural elements, the main structural trends and tectonic framework, by using a geosoft and lineament analysis software package. An especially Magnetic approach was used to delineate the shape, properties and the depth of different basement polygons. A digital elevation model (DEM) was built for the area which is used to know the topography of the area. Finally, estimated depths of the basement structure are in good agreement with the result from drilling information and surface geology
