Commercial vaccine for the Infectious coryza, which produced from strains of the internationally recognized standard for A. paragallinarum strains are used widely all over the world, but such vaccines have no effect effectively against local strains. In this study, the preparation of a inactivated autogenous vaccine of A. paragallinarum, has also been testing the immune response of two adjuvants, which oils ISA 70 and aluminum hydroxide gel and the results proved that the inactivated formalized vaccine and the adjuvants used in it not have any adverse side effects when vaccinated chickens. The ISA oil vaccine mean ELISA antibody titers reached to14767 when measured at the 3rd week after first dose, 15250 after 2nd dose and after three weeks from boostering after the titer decreased at 10th week 21005, respectively. Also, it induces protection rates of 93.3% after 1st dose, 90% after 2nd dose and 93.3% after three weeks from boostering at 10th week, following intranasal challenge of with virulent A. paragallinarum strains, respectively
