The result revealed that the APC ranged from 4.1 {u00D7}10⁵ ± 4.1 {u00D7}10⁴ to 2.9 {u00D7}107 ± 1.1 {u00D7}107 ,where the high APC were in sausage and the lower APC in chicken fillet . The isolated bacteria were E.coli by 30 %, Salmonella by 20 %, S.aureus by12 % ,B.cereus by13 % and C.perfringens by 16% and the typing of toxin type by multiplex PCR revealed type A UR - http://172.23.153.220/th.pdf ER -
