There are many benefits which have made cloud computing the most  sophisticated on-demand computing services. Sharing computing resources, such as CPU, application platforms, and services, is considered one of key benefits of cloud computing. These resources have to be described, provisioned, and billed in a fully automatic way. So, managing these resources is a vital operation for cloud providers and users. Therefore, resource monitoring is the first step in the management operation which includes four steps; monitoring, analysis, scheduling, and execution
