Obtained results showed that, shoot culture initiation achieved on 0.5 mg/l BA + 0.25 mg/l IBA. Multiplication and elongation was achieved using 0.5 mg/l BA in combination with 0.05 mg/l IBA. Elongated shootles were rooted on half MS media containing 1.0 mg/l IAA. The rooted plantlets were acclimatized to sand: peat-moss: vermiculate mixture successfully.
