Try to assess the prevalence of EBV in behçet{u2019}s disease, and its relation to disease activity (assesed by BDCAF). 75 Egyptian patients with behçet{u2019}s disease as well as 75 (age and sex matched) apparently healthy Egyptians control. All our patients were subjected to full history taking and thorough clinical examination. Disesase activity of our patients was determined using the BDCAF. Laboratory investigations in the form of CBC, ESR, CRP, liver and kidney functions were done to all our patients. The levels of EBV IgM and IgG were measured by ELISA and also EBV Ig M and Ig G indices were calculated to all our patients and controls ER -
