N2  - The present study aimed to evaluate the antioxidant activity of some medicinal plant water extracts and its mixtures. Also organoleptic evaluation of the water extracts of some plant mixtures was conducted organoleptical. Finally, biological and histopathologicalevaluation of CCl4 induced hepatotoxicity rats protected with some medicinal plant water extract mixtures. The rhizomes of ginger (Zingiberofficinale), turmeric (Curcuma longa), licorice (Glycyrrhizaglabra), the bark of cinnamon tree, (Cinnamomumzeylanicum) and the calyces of red Roselle (Hibiscus sabdariffa L.) herbs were used inthehepatoprotective studies. This study evaluated the antioxidant and hepatoprotective activity of water extract mixtures using DPPH and carbon tetrachloride (CCl4)-induced liver injury in rats. TheDPPH radical-scavenging activity of plant water extract mixtures decreased in the following order: cinnamon+ Roselle+ licorice (1:1:1) >cinnamon+ Roselle (1:1) >turmeric+ ginger+ licorice (1:1:1)> turmeric + ginger (1:1)
