Our results demonstrated that using hypertonic saline (3%) in TURP, provides stabilization of haemodynamics following the subarachnoid anesthetic block, also prevents the incidence of dilutional hyponatremia following the volume overload caused by the absorption of the irrigating fluid, by maintaining serum Na level and serum osmolality UR - http://172.23.153.220/th.pdf ER -
