<br/><br/> Objectives : Evaluate the efficacy of PRF as a sole grafting material around immediate implants in multi- rooted teeth . Methods :Atraumatic extraction was done in five patients with bilateral badly decayed lower molars and immediate impantation was done . PRF was applied in one side as a graft while the other side was as a control . Results : There was insignificant difference between the two groups in bone formation and crestal bone resorption . Conclusion PRF can be used as - co factor with any of the grafting materials but not as a sole grafting material
