<br/><br/> This is a retrospective cohort study including previously untreated  patients presented to National Cancer Institute, Cairo University with the  diagnosis of LCH during the period 1/2008  6/2013. All biologic and epidemiologic data of the included patients were  collected such as age, gender, race, the clinical, laboratory and radiological  features, risk organs involved, risk stratification, different treatment protocols,  outcome of treatment, prognostic factors& the effect of these factors on  survival which were analyzed by disease free survival (DFS) and overall  survival (OS)
