Disaster is an extreme event that causes loss of life, property, essential services and means of livehood. The study aimed at assessing the impact of a disaster educational program on knowledge and practice of disaster's team among primary governmental schools in Cairo governorate. A (pre - post) quasi-experimental design was adopted in this research. The study was conducted at primary governmental schools in Cairo governorate. Three educational departments were assigned randomly from total thirty two departments and three schools were selected randomly from each directorate. The study sample consisted of 3 directors, 50 teachers, 3 nurses and 48 students. Tools of the study were; 1) structured interviewing data sheet schedule, 2) pre / post knowledge questionnaire tool and 3) pre / post observational checklist. The study results revealed that highly statistically significant differences were found between total knowledge scores among teachers and students before and immediately after the educational program, while highly statistically significant differences were found between total practice scores among directors, teachers, nurses and students before and immediately after the educational program
