N2  - Historically, the grown of the emissions of the transport sector is more rapid than any other economic activity, and this growth was due to collapsed prices of transportation, existing of many vehicles in the streets, and has been helped by the improvement in the quality of fuel and thus increase the number of mileage road (Michaelis,1996). The total energy consumed by cars is estimated by about 83% of the total energy consumed in the transport sector (EEA, 1996b). Emissions at the transport sector are of particular importance where there is no sign to the reduction in the near future (EEA, 1996), and there are many scenarios that indicate that energy consumption in the transport sector could increase by about 40% to 100% in industrialized countries by the year 2050 (IPCC,1996b). In fact, the emissions of the transport sector are perhaps the largest contributor to global warming from some industrial sectors
