Methods: patients in the study group (n = 20) received the selected physical therapy program as well as active transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS), whereas patients in control group (n =20) received the selected physical therapy program as well as sham (tDCS). The following assessment including Dysphagia Outcome and Severity Scale (DOSS) and videofluoroscopy were measured before and after two weeks of treatment program. The period of the study was from June 2013 to February 2014. Results: before treatment there was no significant difference between the two groups regarding the scores of DOSS and the digital fluoroscopic findings
