Subjects and Methods: Thirty patients with breast cancer underwent chemotherapy were participated in this study. Their ages ranged from 40-60 years. They were divided randomly into two equal groups and they were selected randomly from National Cancer Institute. Group (A)was composed of 15 patients who were received moderate intensity aerobic exercise training in form of treadmill exercise for 25-40 minutes at 50-70% of maximum heart rate, 3times/week for 8 weeks (for 3 months) beginning 1 week after each chemotherapy session (patient received one chemotherapy session every 21day).They were performed the usual daily activities eg:(home activities, walking and climbing stairs).Group (B) was composed of 15 patients who were performed the usual daily activities eg:(home activities, walking and climbing stairs) ER -
