N2  - Obesity is associated with a lot of complication especially  on heart diseases, insulin resistance (type II diabetes mellitus),  metabolic syndrome, increase incidence of certain types of  cancer, stress on bone and muscles, hormonal disturbance.  Infertility, pickwichian syndrome, fatty liver, sleep disorders and  emotional disorders.  The weight reduction herbs are commonly used either alone  or in combination with medications or physical activities for  weight reduction unfortunately most of weight reduction herbs  not properly evaluated for its safety, especially on two major  organs for metabolism and excretion (liver and kidneys)
