<br/><br/> The current study included 30 patients with autonomous toxic adenoma who referred to the Nuclear medicine unit at Kasr alaini hospital (NEMROK), Cairo University, during the period of January 2004 till December 2013 referred for RAI therapy. Initial evaluation was done with proper history taking ,clinical  examination,thyroid functin tests. 99m TC pertechnetate thyroid scan,and thyroid ultrasonography were done for all patients. fixed RAI dose were given according to nodule size. After radioactive iodine therapy follow up TSH and clinical evauluation were done for assement  of response to radioactive iodine therapy
