In this work, Flexible, transparent, and conductive low density polyethylene (LDPE) composite films was prepared by optimizing the swellability of LDPE films in a well dispersed suspension of SWCNT in mixed THF-oDCB solvent under soincation. The combination of solvent mixture and sonication causes the polymer film to swell, allowing SWCNTs to diffuse into the polymer surface and results in a thin, and transparent, but conducting surface layer of SWCNTs embedded in the LDPE film. Thin films with a sheet resistance as low as 80 ohm/sq and an optical transparency greater than 85% at 550 nm was successfully obtained
