Forty pregnant women in 24 weeks{u2019} gestation or more, complained of low back pain shared in this study. Patients were selected randomly from the obstetric outpatient clinic, Kasr Ainy Hospital, faculty of medicine, Cairo University. Their ages ranged from 20 to 35 years, they were divided randomly into two groups A and B equal in number. Group A was treated by kneading massage for 1 month (12 sessions, day after day) and group B was treated by kneading massage and acupressure for 1 month (12 sessions, day after day).
