N2  - This study was done to know the efficacy and safety of paracetamol on PDA closure. The study included preterm neonates with PDA greater than 2 mm, half of them received paracetamol and the other half received ibuprofen, then follow up echo was done after treatment was given. The study showed that intravenous paracetamol is as effective as ibuprofen in medical closure of PDA
