Construction projects pose serious challenges of management; it is subject to many risks and unpredictable factors which result from many sources. These factors include; the site conditions, financial aspects, organizational and political situation, technical factors, and contractual relations that have many different problems. Each problem of which may require alternatives for incorporating in risk management that is considered an iterative process with the dynamic nature of construction field in different parameters such as; the probability of occurrence of risks and related consequences that would have serious impacts on project cost and schedules. In addition to risk severity index; (RSI) is a principal step in a successful risk management in providing a high-level overview on the subject of conducting a quantitative risk assessment, where effective risk management (RM) is an ongoing process of mitigating the risks
