We also found that CD 200 high expression ({u2265} 50%) was associated with several adverse prognostic factors although more cases were needed for confirmation. We concluded that the enrollment of CD200 as a routine investigatory marker in the flowcytometry panel of chronic lympho-proliferative disorders could be of high value in distinguishing between their members especially between CLL and MCL and in atypical CLL cases or those with unusual immunophenotype. In addition we found that CD 200 expression in CLL may be of prognostic value ER -
