FSH level in PCO{u2019}s group was lower than control group and the difference was statistically significant (mean ± SD 5.35±1.6 vs 6.5±1.05 respectively). Free testosterone level was higher in the PCO{u2019}s group than control group (mean ± SD 1.7±0.84 vs 1± 0.22 respectively) in which the difference was statistically significant. The fasting level of insulin, fasting blood sugar and HOMA value were higher in PCO{u2019}s group than control group (mean ± SD 26.7± 6.04 vs 11.4±2.8 respectively) (mean± SD 86.2± 15.9 vs 75.5±7.9 respectively) (mean ± SD 5.5± 1.44 vs 2.24±1.13 respectively) where the differences were statistically significant. On the other hand, there was a positive correlation between Fetuin A levels and both Fasting Insulin and HOMA value in the PCO{u2019}s group and the difference were statistically significant. However; there was a positive correlation between each of the following Fetuin A level and LH, free testosterone and Fasting Glucose level in the PCO{u2019}s group and the differences were not statistically significant ER -
