It has various natural resources such as soil, water, exotic places and mineral stocks. Till now, most of Sinai natural resources have not yet used in the proper way. This situation calls for an effective decision support system for land use planning in the whole of Sinai peninsula. The study was conducted in Shall Eltina region north Sinai Peninsula (Fig.7) within the region of sandy texture southern Shall Eltina plain. The area is about 27.36 feddan with length of 6383 m from north to south and the width is 1932 m on which in the east part drain No 6 and the village No 7 from the west part; irrigation canal situated in the north and drain on the south. The source of irrigation is Elsalam Canal. The experimental field was carried out at No. 2 region in gelbana 6 village of Sahl Eltina plain. Tile drainage system was installed at 40m spacing with depth of 150 cm.
