Subjects and Methods: 100 normal Egyptian preschool children aged between 4.5-5 years were divided into two groups and subjected to the protocol of Arabic language assessment, narrative skills evaluation and two questionnaires for parents and teachers. Results: The results revealed that exposed children to English showed lower expressive scores and less developed narrative skills than non exposed children.
