At the end of the treatment 4 period, blood and tissue samples were collected for serum biochemical and antioxidant enzymes analysis, oxidative stress markers, histological examination and genotoxicity evaluation. The results revealed that animals which received CCl showed a significant increase in AST, ALT, ALP, AFP, CEA and the level of lipid peroxidation measured as (MDA). In addition to a significant decrease in TP, albumin, GPx, CAT and SOD accompanied with severe histological changes in the liver and kidney tissues UR - http://172.23.153.220/th.pdf ER -
